Please, Please, Give AIA and Yourself and Day in Albany on Tuesday, May 9th!!! Last year's rally help us get where we are today, and we hope that this year's rally will help us complete the job. But a rally of fifty people will not do it!!!! We need at least 100 demonstrators!!!! If you have not made the commitment to come to Albany, please decide that this is a place where you can make a difference!!!! We are providing transportation on comfortable buses, lunch, signs and strollers, but we need you to come!!!! Please bring friends and family. If you have a child, bring your child. If you are pregnant, bring your belly!!!! Your REALLY can make this happen. You can make this a success! AIA can produce the show, but we need the players!!!!!!! Join us on the steps of the Capitol in Albany on Tuesday, May 9, 2000, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
We will demonstrate to show our legislators that New Yorkers want insurance coverage for infertility
treatment.
The New York State Assembly and Senate have each passed separate bills (A. 7303 / S. 3131) that
will give more New Yorkers access to coverage for the treatment of infertility. They disagree on
several issues, and the bill is now in jeopardy.
We must end this discrimination and help more couples with infertility to have access to the
treatment they need to have a baby! This bill is the only way it will ever happen! Don't let another
Mother's Day go by without a mandate!
If you can join us on May 9, we will provide transportation, lunch, signs, baby strollers, and
everything else you need. Bring your family, friends, enthusiasm and your voice! Bus departure
