:Dear Tricia: This is part of the "art" of ART. There are no hard and fast rules for when to taper and discontinue your medications. It is EXTREMELY important that you communicate with the doctors in your program about what protocol they follow for checking levels and adjusting dosages. DO NOT take the advice of anyone but your own physicians on these matters. Good luck.
