I'm also at cornell, and Dr. Davis is great (even though he's not my immediate RE). I think at your age, i'd go with the IVF and not waste my time with the IUI. I'd trust Davis' judgement. Though it is a hard decision to make with the number of follicles. Keep in mind, the number of follicles is not a determinant of how many eggs are in those follicles. You could be very much in luck!! Anyway, wish you the best in your decision. Let us know what you decide.
