My company is headquartered in Boston. We have a BC/BS plan that is nationwide, but it is administered in Massachusetts, where infertility coverage is mandatory. So, under our BC/BS of Massachusetts plan, even though I live in New York, I am completely covered. I know this is a rare situation, but I just wanted to mention it to you in case you work for a Massachesetts company. :)
