: It is amazing what sets me off into a depression and anxiety attack!!!!!! I spoke to my SIL tonight. She tells me that she is on the pill and taking the pill faithfully, but for some reasons suspects that she could be pregnant because after all, the pill isn't 100$ effective!!!!!! OK, my SIL is unmarried with a live in boyfriend. My SIL is a good-hearted person, but I would make the better mother of course..and I have a husband!!!!!!! UGH!!!!!! I wanted my pergonal/IUI cycle to be really stress free and for me to keep my upbeat attitude. I thought maybe that would help me out. I think I am going to tell her tomorrow when I see her to NOT tell me if she is pregnant until I am done with this cycle. She can tell anyone else, but she can't tell me or her brother. I will be able to tell if he knows something that I don't know. I can't deal with HER pregnancy. Damn..I want my positive attitude back...I am just going to keep telling myself all of the things that I believed in yesterday..that I will have a baby in 2001 one way or the other and it doesn't really matter how. Leslie

Hi Leslie!

Lauren is absolutely correct in that you need to take care of yourself and to stay focused on your goal. You need to make yourself a priority. I would even suggest to you to do deep breathing and meditative work focusing on a positive attitude and relaxation. Good Luck, Leslie,
