I have not had period in 4 years and most likely have hypothalamic amenorrhea.I have just finished a cycle of Gonal F and had no response except for developing a large ovarian cyst.My estrogen levels remained at baseline despite up to 3amps per day and intravaginal estrogen. It seems like the next step may be a GnRH pump. Has anyone had experience with this, any info would be appreciated. Thanks
