I'm 43, dh is 47. We have been ttc for 2 yrs. One year on our own, per 3 doctors advice. “Just keep doing it,” they all said. Then my GYN told me to chart bbt. After a few months she put me on Clomid 50mg three cycles and three cycles at 100mg with an unsuccessful IUI. Menstral history - good, HSG & post-coital - good results. But, after the sperm wash for the IUI, sperm count was 12 million, motility-40%, slow-10%, non-progressive-3% and immotile-47%. Should we try an IVF? Is there any hope for us? Need recommendations for an RE for over forty. Thank you.
