Question for Dr. -Feeling quite sick 4-5 days after IUI

I had two back to back IUI's (Wed/Thurs). I had pretty bad cramps Friday and on/off most of the weekend. Today (Mon.) I have felt awful. In addition to feeling crampy all over, I could barely eat and feel extremely tired. Can I assume at this point I am definitely NOT pregnant due to the cramps and feeling not too well?
