There are three factors that could lead to poor embryo qulaity; your eggs, (posssibly) your partner's sperm, and your embryology laboratory. Please look carefully at all three. Your egg quality might improve with different ovulation induction protocols.

I agree that you should get a second opinion.

: Can anyone offer any theories on why this happens? I am only 28 years old and have never drank, smoked, done drugs, and am otherwise very healthy. Is there any speculation as to what causes this?
: Also, I have had two very early miscarriages (after two initial low positive betas). The doctors seem to blame poor egg quality? Could it be an implantation issue?
