A low responsiveness to gonadotropins is of great concern. Even though you have a normal FSH, there is concern about egg quality. In cases like yours it may be worhwile to perform a CCCT to see if your FSH rises in response to clomid. Every program has a different protocol for low responders and you should see what the strongest protocol available is. Of course you should make sure there are no other metabolic problems such as a thyroid abnormality.

: Any feedback here is greatly appreciated. I have gone through 3 rounds of Clomid, 2 rounds with Fertinex, had a lap in late August then started with Perganol (6 amps). In December I had a decent cycle (6-8 eggs) and decent estradiol levels, but no luck. I then tried two more rounds with Perganol with no sucess. I then started the process for IVF, but had to cancel due to limited growth of my follicles. I was on 4 amps Perganol/6 of Gonal F. My RE said to stop Lupron, but continue with other Rx and turn it into an IUI cycle. I have seen some growth on the left with two follicles, but my estradiol level is only 440. Any idea why I do not respond to the meds. I am 30, in great health otherwise and my FSH is fine.
