You had a remarkable response in your first cycle. Embryo freezing decisions are usulally made by an embryologist. Each program has its own policy in this regard. You should address these questions to the doctor and program that will be caring for you. Don't give up.

Dr. Barad

: I am 41.5 and beginning 2nd IVF cycle. First cycle resulted in chem pregnancy. They retrieved 20+ eggs, but only 8 fertilized-10 mature eggs were left unfert, so I am trying ICSI this time. If 15 or so eggs were to fertilize with ICSI, what are the chances of being able to freeze some for another cycle at my age? Also, can you freeze some at day 3, and transfer others at day 5? Thank you.
