My friend asked me about the efficacy of using topical progestrone, after she read the book describing the effects of low progestrone on fertility. Does the topical routehelp increase the progestrone level to therapeutic levels? Should she have a level drawn first? Others have written about IM route. Should she talk to her MD about that rather than trying the topical? She has started doing BBT after two years of "ignoring her infertility". She says she is getting temperature spikes around day 15-18. Sounds healthy?? Thanks for your info.
