My RE does 2 IUI's back to back each cycle, but I have read that there is really no evidence statistically that doing 1 IUI per month is any better than doing 2 IUI's per month. Maybe you could ask the doctors on this board if they do one or 2 IUI's and if they would handle it any differently with older women. Good Luck. Leslie
