Dr. Licciardi thank you for responding. The nurse mentioned the correlation between endometriosis and fluid in the cul-de-sac that is why I was concerned. I was also wondering if given the option to try Clomid again with HCG shots or start injectable, which is the better way to go? I grew follicles on 50 mg of Clomid but never released the egg. I conceived my first (that was stillborn at 40+weeks) the second month off the pill with no problems.
