I am not a doctor but a woman who experienced the same thing as you-twice, when I was able to conceive on my own. After a proper D&C, you may have a small amount of cramping, but you should definitely feel that you are not pregnant anymore. I say this from personal experience having an incomplete D&C the first time. Probably Motrin will take care of any discomfort, but I found it to be minimal when performed properly. I know it is a terrible shock but clearly these type of pregnancies are not viable due to chromosomal problems. I offer you hope too-I have an almost 5 year old, conceived on a med/IUI cycle. Your chances of success are very good-don't give up!!! debra
