I like to begin counting again once you have had a succesful pregnancy. If you look at it this way you have had one chemcial and one negative cycle. At your age, the FSH would be considered borderline. I would recommend repeating the FSH with an estradiol on day 3. If these are normal I would continue trying.

Good luck,

: Please, please advise me. I am at a crossroads here.

: I have had 4 IVF cycles in the last 2 years.
: #1 was neg.
: #2 resulted in a beautiful daughter
: #3 this past March was a low chemical
: #4 just resulted in a Beta of 1.

: I have a one time day 4 FSH level of 11.2, but I am only 32 years old. Do I need to go to Donor Egg now? I am having a hard time coming to this conclusion since I just had a baby 18 months ago and a chemical pg 5 months ago. I know that my RE will push DE now. I make plenty of eggs but usually only half fertilize and then half of those make it to day 3. We usually transfer 2 7 cell grade B embryos and a 4 cell on day 3. I have done both 6 and 8 amps a day of Gonal F for my cycles.

: Am I hopeless now? Do I give up on my eggs? I would really appreciate your professional opinion.

: Many thanks,
: mills
