I've read your posts and I'm sorry to hear this. You know everyone has to come to that decision on their own like you said. Looking into adoption may actually put your mind at ease and it can be the greatest thing that can happen to anyone. You are emotionally spent. If you've arrived at this decision with no second thoughts or regrets, then it is time to move ahead. Everyone can tell you to hang in there, but you know how much you can handle.
