: I am on a IVF Down Regulation protocol (Lupron starting 7 days prior to period). I am currently on my 7th day of stim meds - Fertinex (3 amps in the AM and 3 amps in the PM). On day 6th of the stims, I had 1 follicle measuring 14-16mm, 1 follicle measuring 11-14mm, 7 follicles measuring 10-12mm, and about 10 follicles measuring less than 10mm. At that time my E2 was 721. I go in again tomorrow Wednesday for bloodwork and ultrasound.

Dear Caleigh,
You are doing very well. It is impossible to tell how you follicles will grow from here, but I expect that all fillicles over 10 mm will grow to some degree. They grow 1-2 mm per day.
I like the size to be at least 2 follicles 17mm, and the others to be in the 12-16 range. The average time is 7-10 days.
