What would account for 2 "successful" IVF that resulted in
unviable pregnancies each with no heart beat at 8 weeks after 3 failed iui and total 22 mos. ttc. i am 33 with no known problems, only "unexplained infertility". my recurrent pregnancy loss work-up showed all results to be normal, including
blood kareotype for me and my husband, antiphospolipid, etc. I am 33 with no known cause of
infertility.
should I pursue the diagnostic question via PGD or otherwise, or instead just
keep trying (unassisted, IUI or IVF)?
Might it make any difference in embryo quality to change the
protocol for stimulation or the embryo culture or try to go to blastocyst even though already both IVF cycles resulted in
pregnancies with this 3-day transfer protocol? After how many cycles do you resort to PGD? Thank you for your response.
