you were right that my recurrent pregnancy loss work-up showed all results to be normal, including blood kareotype for me and my husband, antiphospolipid, etc. I am 33 with no known cause of infertility. What would account for 22 mos ttc, 3 failed iui, and 2 "successful" IVF that resulted in unviable pregnancies no heart beat at 8 weeks? should I pursue the diagnostic question or instead just keep trying (unassisted, IUI or IVF)? Might it make any difference in embryo quality to change the protocol for stimulation or the embryo culture even though already both IVF cycles resulted in pregnancies with this protocol? After how many cycles do you resort to PGD? My RE recommends PGD since he suspects chromosomal abnormalities might be the culprit since I got pregnant on both IVF cycles. I am waiting for the first available consultation apt. at St. Barnabus. In the meantime, your response would be much appreciated. Thank you.
