Healthy progesterone levels like yours are probably coming from your corpus luteum rather than from suppossitories. Unfortunately, a healthy midluteal progesterone does not gurantee pregnancy, but is beneficial in supporing it. Good luck,

: Hello and thank you in advance for responding... I am 36yo with secondary infertility. I have been diagnosed with Anitphospholipid syndrome (my son had IUGR and I had thrombosis and acute chorioamnionitis) after blood tests. I also have low progesterone levels and my HSG showed a "irregular contour of an ellongated and narrowed & stenotic cervix" We have been TTC for 26 months now. I am currently on cycle day 22, 7 days past ovulation. I took Clomid 100mg days 3-7, and I take progesterone troches 200mg 2X/day from 3days past O to my period. I just had a progesterone level test done on day 5 past O, and the result was 98! My question is this: Is the level so high because I am on these medications, or might I be pregnant? Thank you again, I very much appreciate your time!
