: aspect. Good w questions, quick to return calls, always looks on bright side, never blames me or my eggs (and believe me a lot of RE's have), very calm. You do see them all, but if you feel it's important to have someone who'll really answer questions and is v experienced with protocols then yr RE choice does matter.
