Dr. Licciardi: I had a donor egg cycle done and on the day of transfer there was 1 blastcyst and two embryos of the next stage under that to transfer (I forgot the technical term) The embryos were all supposedly good quality and the ones that were left over were also good quality. I was led to believe that there would be some extra for cryopreservation. It turned out that by the next morning there were none to freeze. If all of the leftover embryos died what does it mean about the ones that were implanted. Are there any stats re:pregnacy rates for those implanted when the rest from that batch expire before they could be cryo-preserved. It felt like a bad sign/indicator to me. I hope you can tell me something positive about this. Thanks
