I am a bit confused. Supposedly there are two top programs in new york city. one is cornell . the other is referred to as the NYU program. I found that there is one at MtSinai with doctor cooperman etc and the other is on first avenue with Dr berkeley etc. Which of these is the better one and the "other top ny program". Thanks a lot.
