I complete agree with what was said. Dr. Chen and her staff (lori the nurse and Paula her secretary) are all excellent. I never seen any place with people that actually care in what your saying and that they go that extra mile to try to help you out.
I went to a doctors office in Morristown and I did not feel welcome at all there. I felt that I was just another $$$$ sign to them. They rush me in and out, there was something missing which were compassion and friendliness and the will to help you out.
