I made a new patient appt today with Dr. Chen at Saint Barnabas and I was very impress with the professional manner of their staff. I called and spoke to Paula who I was told is Dr. Chen medical secretary. I was very impress for one reason in other places where I have called to make an appointment usually they just rush you off after making the appointment and they do not give you time to talk or ask questions, after I made the appointment I was asked that if I had any questions and I did of course which were answered very professional and courtesy manner. I also was told that if I had any questions to please feel free to give her a call anything. I appreciated that she took her time out and listened without rushing me off the phone as in so many places.
Looking forward to meeting Dr. Chen and her secretary Paula and will update once I am seen.
