Not to upset you note that this is just my experience. What dosage are you on? I take 500mg 3x day. On 1 and 2 pills I had no abdominal pain. 3 is a different story. For a good three months I had intense abdominal discomfort, cramps diareha (sp?). To this day three is hard for me but I stick with it. Make sure you take it on a full stomach after you eat. also I found it helped to eat less sugars and it sorta forced me to do a low carb diet as this reduced all the stomach stuff. Sorry, but many people adjust quicker than others and hopefully you will not have as hard a time as I did. Good luck.
