Let me begin with my hope that your husband does well on his antiviral therapy. Barrier contraceptive with a condom is important to prevent transmission of virus. If you paractice safe sex and you are HIV negative for six months after your last sexual contact without a barrier you should be relatively safe. Check the CDC.GOV site for recommendations about safe sex.
With all the above caveats you should be able to conceive with donor insemination. Any clinic that does donor insemination should be able to help you.
