Your estradiol is only minimally elevated. A high estradiol could be due to measuring on the wrong day. In other words, while the period is on day 3, the ovary is further along. This could be a perfectly normal situation. In some cases a high estradiol is similar to a high FSH. If there is no other reason to suspect poor ovarian reserved I wouldn't worry.

: estradiol 77
: prolactin 13
: FSH 7.3
: TSH 1.2
: Is the estradiol too high over the normal range? Would this level effect natural conception? Would it effect the outcome of IVF? Is this an issue I should concern myself with? Are there any other tests I should follow up with. Thank you very much.
