1. What is cost differential between going with the agency to select a DE or using St.Barnabas' selection?
2. Approx. what is the cost of DE at St.Barnabas (given 2 scenarios above) and assuming all initial bldwork have been done?
3. can I put myself on a waiting list despite my going for my own eggs first?
4. For DE can you also put some of the chromosomes from my own eggs into the DE? I hve heard about this in Europe but am not familiar with the terminology nor if this is done here in NA
