Hi Liz,
Progesterone injections can mimic pregnancy symptoms. I don't believe these symptoms are in your head and I especially don't believe you're in need of ANY of the specialists you've mentioned .... it's just the drugs (or maybe more ... who knows) but it would be a bit early to experience ALL of these ... lower back pain and cramping being the exceptions.
