If you have not had a recent blood pregnancy test, it may be worthwhile to get one. Urine tests are not always reliable. The symptoms you describe could also be due to ovulation. Even women with pcos ovulate occasionally. If you do not get your periods on a regular basis it is important to have them regulated. Fertility drugs can do this while you are trying to conceive, but it is also important while you are not trying to conceive. Regulating your cycles will lower the risk for cancer of the uterus.
