Julie, if you think it could be an ectopic pregnancy, it seems you might want to call your OB/GYN right away! On the other hand, I can tell you that I have psyched myself out *so* many times when my period has been late, thinking I am pg when I am not. It seems very real at the time--the really sore breasts, abdomen, extremely tired, queasy--but for me, in any event, has always just been hormonal fluctuations (hence the late period) rather than pregnancy. But remember that the doctors on this board aren't our health care providers, so they can't tell you whether or not you are pregnant, or whether it is an ectopic pregnancy or not.

: Let me start by saying thanks for listening to me babbel..I have been trying to get preg. for 4 yrs I have suffered 1 mc 5 etopic 1 fail IVF I do not have a right tube and just s smidge of a left tube left. My dr told me that I most like would never get preg and even a dr hear on the board told me <30 and prob end in etopic. IVF was the only way to go..... Well I am 5 days late I am experiencing all signs of preg. Sore breast, pulling on abdomin, cramping, freg. urin, up in the middle of the night, slight nausa. Could I be preg or am I physicing my self out. I took a preg test at a day late but it was neg. I definately don't feel like I have before with the etopic. and if I am is the fact that I feel cramp, pulling almost like right under my breasts mean that the embie has landed! in the right spot... Any advice would help.. I did not feel like wasting any more money on preg. tests. if I am only just waiting for my period to come :o) Thanks Julie....
