I'm a patient @ NYU, and have been quite happy with the care I've received. ALL the doc's -- Grifo, Berkeley, Licciardi, Noyes, & Kump -- are great: compassionate, caring, and sharp. I haven't been to other programs, but my understanding is that NYU is not as "factory-like" as the other big programs at NYU. For example, when I've gone for bloodwork/ultrasounds, the nurses recognize me and know my name. Even though it is a big program, I feel like I've really received individualized care. I can't say I've had any success yet, but their success rates in general are among the best.
