Q for Drs regarding Day 1 of IVF cycle. If I get brown

discharge late in evening is that still considered day 1 of my cycle?? I am asking this because my clinic doesn't reopen until Monday and I'm on flare protocol. I've always heard day 1 as being flow before midnight.
