I have seen my RE 4X's in one cycle. Initial consult, during routine U/s because it was his scheduled day. Again for another sono (routine)
and finally I saw him at the transfer(another RE did the retrieval).
At no point did I feel neglected though. All the other REs I saw (2) were extremely good as well.
I think they have to assume these types of schedules because of the nature of the business and the long hours that they have to put in.
Although I did not "see" my RE at every appointment
I knew he was accessible and in the office if I ever really really neede to see him.
