About to do 2nd IVF, and want opinions on protocols.
1st IVF produced 4 eggs on 6 amps on Gonal-F with low dose lupron (on previous IUI produced 2 follicles on 3 amps of Gonal-F).
I am going to do flare protocol next, but my question is do you favor straight Gonal-F or a combo of FSH and LH?? I've heard that LH helps egg quality (mine is good), and that women may need it as lupron depletes LH. Will the LH help with quantity as well as quality?? What are the pros and cons of each protocol?
