Dear Michele, I dont believe that a low progesterone is keeping you from getting pregnant. Progesterone levels go up and down throughout the day, and yours may have been taken at a low point. If this is as far as your infertlity work went, I think you need either more testing or more definitive treatment. Dr. Licciardi
