My husband and I think we're ready for infertility treatment but we have some real concerns about the cost. If possible, I would really appreciate some info from anyone who has the Empire Plan (NY) and gone to St.B for ivf and icsi. I would like to know if the plan paid anything toward the procedures and the meds. Also, any tips would be deeply appreciated! Thank you so much!!!!
