I don't think that Dr Essig is an RE. I have heard not so nice things about Brandeis, and not much great stuff on Gleicer, but of all 3 I think Gleicer may be the best choice.
Why don't you check it out, I think Dr Lawrence Grunfeld takes Oxford, I'm not sure though, you may want to post a note with a heading, looking for an RE that takes Oxford!
You may also want to call Cornell, they used to (and may still have) some Dr.s that accept oxford (not for IVF though)
