: I have had pcos since i was 12 i am now 27 i recently about 5 months ago had surgery which my doctor took my cysts and endometrioses off both of my ovaries my left ovary was alot worst than my right. After my surgery my doctor put me on micro crysalline progestrone to make me have regular periods so i could try to ovulate regular. He said it look like it would'nt take much for me to ovulate since i was trying to ovulate when he did the surgery. How will i know when i am ovulating? Since i have been on the progestrone i have been having my period every 29 days on the day and i have been taking my basal temperature and i have yet to see a rise to let me know if i am ovulating. I notice some pains in my ovaries around the middle of the month but like i said i have'nt seen a change in my temperature. I am supposed to be going back in to the doctor for a check up this month but i would like some information about what to do. I appreciate your help and listening. Babe_2526

How much progesterone are you on? Are you on the progesterone continuously? More importantly, are you even trying to get pregnant? These are importasnt questions that are needed to answer your question.
