6 years ago I had surgery to remove "multiple" cysts on my ovaries. I no longer go to this same Dr. but no other tests besides the ultrasound were done. I read about POCS in a women's day article. I have pretty regular periods, am not overwieght, but I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year. Also for about 3 days every month,right around day 13 or 14 I have pain all through my lower abdomin. It hurts more to go to the bathroom. this pain is also down around my rectum. I have had 1 pregnancy since the operation, could this be POCS?
