On May 1 I was involved with a chat room at AIA PCOS room and I want to thank you! After the chat I totally cut back on carbo's. I lost weight and I my periods are coming every 28 to 29 days! -For my last two cycles (I was every 33 to 38 days-if I were lucky!) The hair growth has slowed down! I will keep you posted but I feel positive! Yipee!
