First you should see your OB/GYN or get referred to a RE (Reproductive Endocrinologist) If you haven't had a cycle since 1998, you should tell your doctor this!!! When you don't shed your uterine lining...it can cause uterine/endometrial cancer. A low-carb diet will help some (w/weightloss) If you are trying to conceive...make sure your doctor gets a full blood-workup to see what hormone levels are off. Good Luck!!
