I thank you for responding. I have had many
OB/GYN's over the past 10 years whom all have
done the same thing and put me on provera.
No real treatment for what is really going on
with me. I have lost tons of hair and I am now
gaining weight again. I feel extremely tired
all of the time. Is this what PCOS does to people.
I cant hardly keep alert. I have a Dr. Appt.
for this Friday, and I am hoping to get some
answers finally. I have been told for years that
provera would take care of the problems. I have
only seen continued weight gains, more hair growth
on my face and no hope in sight to have a child.
I am turning 35 this next week and feel I will
have to struggle to lose weight in order to even
carry a child if this was to happen at all.
I am scared since I have heard that untreated
PCOS can cause many health problems. I have
had problems over 10 years now.
I am from Arizona. I will be checking in to give
an update on my appt. I am sure it isn't going
to be great. I have also noticed the past month
I am having increased swelling in my throught area
I understand this can be due to thyroid problems.
I have always been told my thyroid is great. On
top of this I am having extended stomach swelling
the past few weeks. I am not pregnant, i took a
test. Any comments?
