I am in the UK & my dr has recently confirmed a diagnosis of PCOS, I'm wainting for an ultrasound & dependant on the result he has offered me ovarian drilling to treat me. What evidence is there that this is succesfuland can improve my sylptoms & improve my fertility (6yrs tying had clomid & IUI) I was considering IVF but now feel confused as to what option to go for. Has any one any suggestion or experience of ovarian surgery???
