Heather: The article by Drs. Spandorfer and Rosenwaks was in the March or April issue of the American Infertility Association (AIA) newsletter. If you are a member, you should have received it. You may want to call the AIA helpline (the 800 number should be listed somewhere on the homepage or on How to Join) and find out if you can request a back issue. Dr. Rosenwaks also gave me the cite for another article about IVF using birth control pills to down regulate for women with PCOS in the medical journal Human Reproduction in November-December 1998.
