I have had PCOS since age 9. I am now 43 and have twins (via IVF). I have also been disabled for the last 5 years with an number of overlapping syndromes including Fibromyalgia. I recently developed some very painful neuropathy in my feet. I am seeing rheumatologist about it but, has anyone else had this? I know it may be Fibro related but I was curious about the role of PCOS and Syndrome X in neuropathy and what can be done about it. I know Fibro relapses can be triggered by hypoglycemic attacks (which I have had). I also understand that Fibro and PCOS can both target similar body systems. Just very curious about the cause of this.
