Please take her to the Dr.! I was her age when my mother took me for a pelvic because I hadn't gotten my period at all. I went to a female, my mother went with me...and I wasn't traumatized by it at all. Believe me, I am sure that she would rather go to the doctor than live with sideburns and excessive weight! The longer she goes on, the worse her health may be.
