I have felt movements like that too where I am convinced I am pregnant when I'm not. I've just assumed it was gas. I had a baby so I know what that feels like!

: As a physician I have not heard of this before. People on Provera sometimes do complain of abdominal bloating and fullness, perhaps (although unproven) because Progesterone (in Provera) slows the normal activity of the bowel. Keep in mind, however, that any movements noted in a true pregnancy do not occur until the second-trimester. Therefore, although ruling out pregnancy prior to starting Provera is a good idea, movements 13 days afetr starting the pill are not likely related to a pregnancy. I would be interested as well if anyone else perceived the same sensations you do.
: : Hi all. My name is Sharon and I have PCOS. I have two children via invitro. My question is, has any other PCOS women ever felt movement in their tummys? I have to take Provera to start my period and when I do I take at least two home pregnancy tests. I started the pills 13 days ago, started bleeding yesterday. Last night I watched and felt my tummy move as if there was a 4 month old fetus growing inside. Does anyone know of any other explination for the movements? I do not want to go to the DR and look like a fool, cause I have had 4-6 negative pregnancy tests in the past 4 months, and 4 Provera induced periods. Any advice? Thank you, Sharon
